Jean-François Bertholet is a lecturer at HEC Montréal, a writer for Gestion magazine and an organizational development consultant. He specializes in employee recognition, engagement and work culture.
In addition to teaching, he has worked for many years with organizations of all sizes, both domestically and internationally, to help them optimize their leadership, recognition and engagement strategies.
He offers a learning experience based on best practices from industry literature and real life, at the end of which participants leave with concrete steps to take back to the office. He administers workplace surveys designed to promote organizational transformation and advises his clients throughout their engagement efforts.
He holds a master’s degree in human resources management from HEC Montréal and a bachelor’s in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal.
He is a chartered human resources professional (CHRP) through the Ordre des CRHA et CRIA du Québec (ORHRI) and a regular contributor to discussions concerning newsworthy human resources issues both on the radio (98.5 FM) and in print (Les Affaires).
