Alain Gosselin is an professor emeritus, at HEC Montréal. He lends his expertise to various leadership, organizational development and talent management programs at the Executive Education, HEC Montréal. He also heads the Reflective Mindset module of the McGill–HEC Montréal EMBA program.

Dr. Gosselin received an award for teaching excellence from HEC Montréal in 2007 and the Esdras Minville Award in 2012 in recognition of his outstanding contribution to raising the school’s profile in academic, business and public circles. He was recognized as a Fellow CHRP (FCHRP) in 2013.

He is the co-author of Paroles de PDG – Comment 75 grands patrons du Québec vivent leur métier, published in 2014 by Les Éditions Rogers, and is a sought-after media commentator for his opinions and insights into topics related to leadership, team dynamics and talent management.
