Claude Mc Master, President of Avingco Capital Inc. has been providing consulting services in governance, coaching, strategic planning, M&A and financing to private and public companies since April 2020.

As an entrepreneur and manager, he was, for more than 15 years, President and CEO of D-BOX Technologies, a TSX listed public company whose products are found in over 40 countries.

Previously as founding President of Avingco Consulting Group and subsequently as VP and Partner with major international accounting firms, he has helped companies in the manufacturing, high technology and life sciences sectors with their transactions, financing, new product launch strategies and international expansion.

Mr. Mc Master has served on several Boards of Directors including BDC (Business Development Bank of Canada), Laboratoire Biron and D-BOX. He is currently on the Board of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation and ConformiT. He is also a member of the Innovation and Venture Capital Committee of the Fonds de solidarité du Québec and an advisor to QG100. In addition, he is a speaker at IGOPP/HEC, the Leadership Institute, Quebec universities and entrepreneurship support organizations.

Mr. Mc Master holds a bachelor's degree in administration and engineering, a master's degree in engineering and a diploma in business law. He has also completed executive training in corporate governance and finance from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D), Harvard Business School, INSEAD and the Montreal Stock Exchange.
