Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • To cancel their registration, participants must provide verbal notice at 514 340-6001, which must be followed by confirmation in writing at inscriptions.ed@hec.ca.
  • Participants will incur 100% of the total registration fee if the cancellation is reported 10 working days or less before the start of the activity.
  • Registered participants who are unable to attend may be replaced by a colleague from the same organization prior to the start of the program. No substitution fees or penalties will be charged.
  • HEC Montréal reserves the right to cancel any activity. HEC Montréal's only liability in the event of a cancellation is to refund all registration fees received. No tax receipts will be issued for conference or symposium fees.

Information Privacy and Security Policy

Online purchases made on the HEC Montréal website conform to SSL data transmission standards, the aim of which is to secure your transaction-related information. Messages are encrypted to ensure they cannot be intercepted, altered or deciphered by a third party. Any payment details are processed directly by Desjardins, our financial services provider. As such, HEC Montréal does not have access to your credit card number.
