Executive Education HEC Montréal is pleased to announce the creation of the Seminar on negotiation techniques program exclusively for members of the Barreau du Québec.
The objective of this five-day program, developed by training expert Jean-Yves Hinse, is to provide lawyers with practical negotiation tools so they can approach any negotiation scenario with deftness and confidence. It is suggested for lawyers with at least five years of experience in negotiation.
Negotiation plays a central role in any legal career. This program will therefore revolve around participants’ experiences and insights in order to discuss and challenge the concepts being taught. An analysis of recent developments in the field will also help participants develop a tangible connection with the subject matter. During the last two days of the program, they will apply what they have learned by engaging in a highly complex simulated negotiation.
The program is unique in that it has been designed specifically to cater to the needs of the members of the Barreau du Québec. The content has been adapted in line with the professional realities of lawyers who are routinely called upon to deal with a wide range of negotiation challenges and situations.
