Wellness week

From Monday January 25 to Saturday January 30, 2021

From January 25 to 29, take action and take care of yourself! HEC Montréal has prepared an abundance of activities and initiatives to benefit your mental and overall health.

Five reasons to take part:

  • Get energized

  • Clear your mind

  • Discover new ways to take care of yourself

  • Reduce stress

  • Improve your concentration

Try it—you’ll love it!

Many of the activities on the agenda are offered on a regular basis at HEC Montréal. Have you found a new passion? Or just want to try it again? At the end of each day on the calendar, you’ll find a list of resources for taking care of your health all year round.

Check the calendar and sign up now!

Check out the program! Choose one or more activities and add it to your agenda by following the indicated instructions.

In addition, share photos of how you’re taking part in #wellnessweekHEC #semainebienetreHEC and you could win a participation prize! The three winners will be announced Friday, January 29 at 2 p.m.

Note that many activities are aimed at the entire HEC Montréal community, but some are particularly aimed at the student community or staff members.
