Online Tools

Your email account (firstname.lastname@hec.ca) is where all HEC Montréal-related notices will be sent to you.

HEC en ligne is the portal through which you can access your student records. You will use it to view your schedule, your classroom and exam room numbers, and your academic transcripts. You can change or reset your password if needed.

ZoneCours is essential. This is where you can view your course content.

Orientation activities

Specially designed for your needs, the orientation activities will help you start off on the right foot and learn more about your new environment.

Student ID Card

The student ID card is mandatory regardless of the number of courses or the program to which you are registered. To obtain your student ID card, to renew it, or to change your program, you must have on hand a piece of valid photo ID as well as your student number.

Calculator

If you need to use a calculator for your courses and exams, make sure it has a sticker attesting to its compliance.

Lockers

If you are a full-time student, you can reserve a locker at the Côte-Sainte-Catherine or Decelles Building from HEC en ligne.

Transport

You can use public transit (bus, train and metro) with the OPUS card.

If you need to come by car, HEC Montréal has an indoor parking lot in the Côte-Sainte-Catherine Building. For more information on parking lot opening hours and rates, visit the Coop HEC Montréal website.
