Hours of operation

Below are the operating hours of the main departments whose services you will need when you get to HEC Montréal.
 

Decelles and Côte-Sainte-Catherine buildings

• Weekdays: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Weekends: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

StudentServices (SS)

The Student Services office is located in Room 5.200 of the Decelles Building.

• Weekdays: 10:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 pm to 4:30 p.m.
• Summer: From June 6^th to August 12^th : Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am to noon and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. CLOSED ON FRIDAY
• Holidays:

                               Summer 2011:

                               National Holiday: June 23^th 

                               Canada Day: June 30^th 

                                Fall 2011:

                                Labor day: September 5^th 

                                Thanksgiving: October 10^th

                                Holiday season: December 21th 2011 to January

InternationalStudent Affairs (ISA)

The International Student Affairs Office is located in Room 5.260 of the Decelles Building.

• Weekdays: 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Summer: From June 6^th to August 12^th : Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am to noon and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. CLOSED ON FRIDAY
• Holidays: Same as Student Services

Directions to HEC Montréal 

HEC is easy to get to by public transit.

• Metro : Université-de-Montréal and Côte-des-Neiges stations on the blue line
• By bus : routes 51, 129 and 119
  

Getting between the two buildings

Getting between HEC Montréal’s two buildings is easy. You can take the 51 or 119 bus or, if you like, you can easily walk. In fact, by using the Université de Montréal pedestrian network, you can go most of the way without having to deal with the weather.
