Definition |
The TOEFL is the Test of English as a Foreign Language. Its purpose is to assess candidates’ aptitude to use and understand English in a university setting. The test measures written and oral comprehension and expression.

Candidates wishing to improve their chances of success are encouraged to take the self-diagnostic test.
Timetable and rooms |
The TOEFL is offered at test centres. It cannot be taken at HEC Montréal.
