As it does each year, January brings the beginning of the MBA admissions period. And with the admissions process come the much anticipated interview evenings.
For the last 4 years, every prospective student meeting our admissions criteria is invited to an interview to evaluate their motivation to study in the MBA program as well as their capacity to work in teams. As a graduate of our MBA program you are well aware of the challenges these prospective students will face and the characteristics that will help them succeed. The admissions interviews are an opportunity to share your experience of HEC Montréal and help us select the best candidates for admission to the program.
We will be holding a series of interview evenings between February and April this year. These evenings take place at HEC Montréal and are an occasion to meet participating alumni from different cohorts and to make an important contribution to the MBA program. The evening begins with a cold meal followed by the interview period. Interviewers are paired and each interview lasts approximately 30 minutes. Each pair of alumni will interview two or three candidates in an evening.
This year we are looking for 60 alumni to help us conduct interviews.
