This program uses concrete examples to teach participants how to use the Excel electronic spreadsheet program to prepare and monitor budgets. It will give you a better understanding of the impact that information technology can have on management control and of the use of spreadsheet programs for budgeting purposes. You will learn how to create forecasts, design budgets and use budgets in a management context.
