This program deals with customer relationship management (CRM), from planning to implementation. It caters to executives, managers and professionals who have CRM-related responsibilities, from a strategic, analytic or management perspective. It is designed provide a comprehensive, coherent approach to ensuring satisfaction and loyalty, in keeping with available resources and budgets. The content will include numerous practical examples to illustrate not only what has to be done, but the different ways it can be accomplished. All of the relevant aspects of CRM will be covered.
