What do effective managers do on a day-to-day basis to get their employees to perform well?  How can they establish sound manager-employee relations?  How can they find the best mediation process for each situation? Over the course of two days, you will tackle various situations and learn to appropriate the personnel management practices that have proven successful.

You will have an opportunity to improve your supervision skills while learning more on such topics as employee mobilization, motivation, involvement and dedication, as well as difficult management situations.
