Conflict management calls for special skills and mediation processes suited to each situation. Because this is one area where making it up as you go along doesn’t work, you need to develop the skills required to manage and adapt your interventions according to your management style. In this program, you will study how to assess and bring out the determining factors of a conflict situation involving two or more people, or a problem situation being faced by an individual. You will then learn to create response plans that are appropriate to the nature of the conflict, which will help resolve the problem.
