In all organizations, you find people whose toxic behaviours poison the work environment and compromise the performance of their team. These people can be aggressive, rigid, sullen or impulsive. Some are not even aware of the effects their behaviour has on others, whereas others adopt it intentionally.
The goal of this two-day seminar is to help you quickly recognize and understand the dynamics of personality problems to deal with them efficiently and shield yourself from their effects.
