Savoir argumenter et improviser en situations de gestion

la parole publique dans le feu de l'action

Translated Title

"Making Your Point and Improvising in Management Situations: Public Speaking in the Heat of the Action"

Summary

This seminar is available in French only

In this seminar, you will be shown different ways of defending a position so that you can be more effective and persuasive in workplace debates and improve your ability to stand up for yourself and what you believe in. Find out how to counter faulty and compelling arguments and get your points across clearly. Learn how to interpret your opponents’ strategies and address them with confidence.

In some decision-making situations, you will be required to think on your feet and make up your mind quickly. You will discover the mental processes at work in these kinds of situations so that you react optimally, even in the heat of the action.

Participants will work on a series of individual and team exercises to apply the concepts presented in the seminar and will receive structured feedback from the instructors.
