Change in organizations is often a source of uncertainty and power struggles, whether due to diverging interests or certain people’s resistance to the implementation of changes or plans that don’t receive the expected support.

If you are the person managing change in your organization, this program will give you the tools you need to effectively confront the power games that emerge when organizations change. These tools, in the form of strategic analytical grids, diagnostic questionnaires and potential avenues for action, will help you develop strategies and political tactics that you can use to effect any kind of change within any kind of organization.

You will learn how to:

  • decode the position of those involved in the change and influence them in a positive manner;
  • implement the political strategies and policies needed for successful change.
