English instruction is available for customized seminars only

You will be introduced to the methodology created by Dr. Edward de Bono, which helps turn creative ideas into concrete action. His parallel thinking concept is used to organize thinking into six points of view or ways of thinking, which he symbolizes by means of hats of different colours. This will help you, as a manager, to think outside the box in order to find brilliant, novel ideas that will stand out from the rest and greatly benefit your organization.

The seminar aims to give you the tools you will need to:

  • generate new ideas;
  • stimulate your work team;
  • run more productive meetings;
  • identify backup solutions;
  • stimulate innovation;
  • solve problems more quickly.
