This intensive program is designed as much for technical experts, engineers and professionals seeking to expand their career opportunities as it is for managers and executives who already have management responsibilities. It approaches the subject from the perspective of today's major business management issues.

Following a general introduction, ten major themes are studied, led by professors who specialize in each domain and followed by a personalized integration/summary session. We place an emphasis on the demands of the manager's job in a practical sense (tools, methods and approaches) as well as in terms of the evolution of organizations and various management contexts (teams, projects, knowledge management, innovation, social responsibility, and cross-cultural management).
