This intensive program will help you acquire management knowledge, tools, techniques and approaches for dealing with today’s top management issues. Following a general introduction, eight major themes are covered, including managing complex issues, managing innovation and creation, as well as mobility and e-leadership.

The program focuses on the demands of your job as a manager and the current environment in which you work. The program’s objectives include:

• Gaining an in-depth understanding of contemporary management issues and being able to consider their concrete impacts on daily management practices
• Becoming familiar with organizational intervention concepts, approaches, techniques, methods and tools in order to better manage people and processes
• Improve your analytical skills and your ability to make management decisions
