Programme intensif en développement organisationnel

Translated Title

"Intensive Organizational Development Program"

Summary

This seminar is available in French only.

Organizational development is a discipline where it is critical to stay abreast of the most recent practices in order to maintain and enhance a company's ability to embrace change. This intensive program is a unique opportunity to brush up on the latest knowledge about analysis reports, approaches and concrete hands-on tools for organizational development professionals looking to make a meaningful contribution to individual, group and organizational efficiency.

Taught over a 12-week period, this six-day program is not intended to be an introductory course to organizational development. Instead it adopts a theme-based approach, focusing on 12 management challenges and issues facing those in charge of facilitating and sustaining the development of their firm. Each theme is presented by an expert in the field and complemented by guided readings and interactive discussions. Throughout the program, guest speakers from the business community will share their experiences and talk about the real-world lessons they have learned. The program coordinators will link the various themes and put them into context and facilitate the assimilation of the material.
