This program, which features six days of training over 12 weeks, is intended for organizational development (OD) professionals and human resources generalists, and provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn about the most recent advances in OD: models, approaches, analytical grids and concrete intervention approaches and tools. Subjects include 12 management issues and challenges you are likely to encounter. HEC Montréal professors who are recognized experts in their respective fields will share their experiences and guide you in choosing the most relevant readings. You will also be invited to share and discuss your experiences with other participants. 

In this program, you will:

  • learn about the latest trends in organizational development;
  • master concepts, models, approaches and tools that are relevant to organizational development;
  • increase your strategic leadership skills by focusing on organizational performance and employee well-being;
  • better equip yourself to tackle organizational challenges in a constantly changing environment;
  • take part in an OD learning community so that you may continue discussing the issues after completing the program.
