Le partenaire d'affaires RH,

passer d'expert à acteur stratégique

Translated Title

"HR as a Business Partner: From Consultant to Strategic Collaborator"

Summary

This seminar is available in French only

As HR begins to occupy a more and more strategic place in the corporate world, a growing number of organizations have decentralized HR responsibilities to operational managers. This is often accompanied by a reconceptualization of the role played by HR business partners. This position is generally fulfilled by HR professionals who had been advisors in one of more aspects of HR management. But the transition from HR advisor to business partner is frequently more complex than one might think. The diversity of the roles and skills required in this position can be very surprising – but they can also be just as stimulating.
