Contribute to making HR business partners vital members of an organization by helping them:
- Be as comfortable dealing with business issues as they are dealing with HR issues
- Master the various roles (strategic partner, agent of change, HR expert, employee advocate and coach) they must play and the responsibilities of each
- Be able to provide rapid, relevant and innovative HR solutions that add value to corporate projects and activities
- Work with managers to develop their HR skills.
