This seminar is available in French only

To remain competitive, businesses have to ensure that the products and people they need are available when the time comes to satisfy customer demand. Reaching this objective requires good product and resource planning. Forecasting demand is both an art and a science, where the qualitative and the quantitative meet to create the best possible outcomes.

In this seminar, you will find out about the various elements that influence demand for both goods and services, and you will learn how to implement a powerful demand-forecasting process. You will also develop a greater understanding of the behavioural dynamics that govern demand for both goods and services, not to mention waiting-line phenomena and how to manage them better. Moreover, you will learn how to make quantitative forecasts using an electronic spreadsheet program.
