This program examines your performance as a leader within your organization. Leaders must influence, guide and align their efforts with others' to achieve their goals. They must focus on team-building, cooperation, performance, productivity and job satisfaction.

Qualities of an effective leader

The Leadership 360° evaluation technique looks at 22 specific characteristics known as "behaviour indicators," which establish the likelihood of an individual acting in a certain way in a variety of situations.

There is no magic recipe for leadership. This technique will help you understand the impact of your particular style of leadership on those around you, so that you can investigate management methods that will allow you to increase your effectiveness.

Examining your leadership effectiveness

This seminar will help you expand your leadership role, define your vision, track your progress, achieve your desired outcomes and motivate and maximize the performance of your team.

You will receive feedback on your leadership style from your superiors, co-workers and subordinates.

Developing an action plan

You will be encouraged to formulate your development priorities based on observers' feedback and develop a specific action plan that allows you to make real and lasting changes. You will also be able to identify and overcome any obstacles that may be keeping you from moving forward.


During this seminar, you will learn more about:

  • specific actions and behaviours to help you become an exceptional manager
  • the impact of your approach on your superiors, co-workers and subordinates
  • your own leadership profile, based on 22 indicators of effective leadership behaviours
  • management methods to guarantee your success, taking into account your work situation and role within the team
  • your #1 development priority
  • how to prepare an action plan in accordance with your profile and priorities

Executives and managers interested in taking an in-depth look at their leadership profile and developing a personal action plan to achieve their business objectives.


  • You will be required to set aside some time to complete your leadership questionnaire.
  • You will be required to submit a questionnaire to at least one superior, two co-workers and two subordinates.
  • Please ensure you take the time to brief all questionnaire respondents on the procedures and deadlines. You will be responsible for making sure that all answers are in on time.
  • All completed questionnaires and your profile will remain confidential.
  • Since receipt of the completed questionnaires is a prerequisite for the seminar, special cancellation and substitution provisions apply. There will be a cancellation fee of $395, plus taxes, once the registration deadline has passed. Substitutions are accepted at no additional fee up until the registration deadline.
  • 1.3 continuing education units (CEUs) are awarded for this program.
