In each of our organizations, we need to know where we came from, where we’re headed, how we compare with others and how to recognize the milestones on the road to reaching our goals. Achieving greater operational performance requires us to set objectives, establish milestones to reach, conduct a comparative analysis or benchmarking exercise, and have a solid management dashboard.

This seminar explores the many facets of operational management performance and will sensitize you to the impact of operations and logistics on value creation and the business’s competitive position. By the end of this seminar, you will know how to:

  • formulate objectives and performance measurement indicators;
  • choose a benchmarking approach that is both effective and suited to your needs;
  • build a balanced scorecard for your business.
