Les habiletés fondamentales de management :

un éclairage à 4 volets

Translated Title

"Four Aspects of Fundamental Management Skills"

Summary

This seminar is available in French only.

Is the business world dry and boring? Not at all! It's a rich and fascinating world unto itself, and to view it in a purely formal sense as a maze of organizational charts, plans and budgets is to miss what's important and to basically be no more than a mediocre manager.

This seminar turns its back on the traditional image of management. It presents managers with new ways of looking at the reality and complexity of a business, from managing employees to interacting with colleagues and superiors. To this end, we offer an enlightening overview of management, comprised of four necessarily complementary aspects:
1.  the formal perspective
2.  the human perspective
3.  the political perspective
4.  the symbolic perspective

This multi-faceted comprehension model of organizations allows managers to conduct a meaningful assessment of the multiple realities of their company and administrative unit. As a result, decision making is enhanced and solution implementation facilitated.
