This seminar is available in French only

As management constitutes a mix of know-how and practice, we will look at “ways of doing things” and the various ways to take action in order to master each manager’s specific role, which needs to be adapted to suit each situation and achieve the desired results. Among other things, the course will deal with authority, influence, power, communication and leadership.

To help you become a better manager, this course will have you deal with concrete situations and expose you to management practices that you can identify with and react to in order to better understand your strengths, weaknesses and subjectivity. You will learn:

  • how to draw from your experience and others’ subjectivity to foster management practices that are in line with your organization’s objectives and culture, while gaining your employees’ support and professional commitment to achieving those objectives;
  • how to manage difficult situations, such as resistance to change, conflicts, managing a team, ongoing training and manager development.
