Supply chain management is a field in full expansion mode worldwide, and most businesses that have thrived over the past few years owe their success in large to having strategically restructured their supply chain. This course will explain the benefits of better design, integration and management of all supply chain activities.

Both in Quebec and beyond, this sector is developing quickly, even though the benefits are not always well understood. With China and other low-cost countries receiving an ever-increasing number of production contracts from North American businesses, restocking delays and congestion at ports and in international transport are becoming commonplace, which is making the role of logistics and supply managers even more crucial. If you are looking for new ways of improving the operational performance of your firm, this seminar will demonstrate the benefits associated with a better design, integration and management of all supply chain activities.
