This program is designed for all managers, with the exception of accounting and finance professionals, who wish to improve their management effectiveness and gain a solid understanding of corporate financial analysis.

Among the key subjects covered are accounting and financial terminology, analysis of financial statements, ratio utilization, cash flow analysis, break-even point, and the short-term variability of a company.

After reviewing terms unique to the finance sector, participants will proceed to learn about the corporate appraisal process - an examination of the strengths, weaknesses and performance of a company. Concrete, practical examples are offered throughout the program.
