It is increasingly common for organizations operating in a wide range of sectors to establish work teams to attain their objectives. Creating teams is often regarded as a way of maximizing performance, innovation and flexibility. However, the simple act of bringing people together is no guarantee that they will interact effectively as a group. In order for teams to achieve success, they require the appropriate guidance and support.

Accordingly, this two-day seminar is designed to cater to the needs of managers who supervise work teams, either permanently or on a project-by-project basis, and who wish to improve their efficiency and productivity. Participants will be shown how to work with various analysis grids and learn concrete ways of using team dynamics to their advantage.
