Inventory represents an important investment for many manufacturing and service companies. When managed effectively, inventory is a strategic asset that can help secure desired business outcomes. When managed poorly, however, it can quickly become a weighty financial and operational burden.

This seminar aims to provide managers with a set of simple, convenient tools that they can put to use immediately. The program will also look at the principles and techniques necessary to ensure good inventory management and how these can be applied easily and concretely by way of a decision support program in Excel worksheet format.

At the end of the seminar, participants will be given a copy of the program for use in their workplace.
