This program is designed to introduce you to the main corporate appraisal methods used in the industry, with an emphasis on the discounted free cash flow method. The various multiples systems will also be covered, using the figures from several comparable businesses. Lastly, methods based on appraisal of real options, often considered more appropriate for enterprises in the natural resources or high-tech sectors, will be explored.

This seminar will help participants:

• understand and use popular business appraisal methods;
• assess the key parameters involved in appraisal;
• recognize the advantages and limitations of each method.
