Programme pour directeurs et cadres supérieurs

Fonctions, enjeux et stratégies de l'entreprise

Translated Title

"Program for Executives and Senior Managers: Corporate Functions, Issues and Strategies"

Summary

This seminar is only available in French.

For executives and senior managers or those who will be assuming these functions in the short term.

Develop generic skills and a strategic approach to management problems.

Already, more than 500 individuals have given this seminar high marks for:

  • its practical content adapted to the needs of today’s executives and senior managers;
  • the opportunity to tap into the rich and diversified knowledge of fellow participants;
  • experienced instructors with in-depth knowledge of their respective fields.

Because corporate management is now more demanding than ever, it is important for executives and senior managers to step back and take the time to broaden and deepen their knowledge and reinforce key skills.

This program will enable participants to:

  • develop a management method that takes into account all of the aspects of their business;
  • reinforce their generic skills and rid themselves of learned behaviours that hinder efficiency;
  • improve their knowledge, skills and management practices;
  • familiarize themselves with current practices and recognize the interdependence of various corporate functions;
  • reinforce their strategic perspective of management issues;
  • understand the impact of major economic and social trends on corporate management.

The MBA-inspired teaching approach draws largely from case studies, teamwork and the experience of participants and instructors.
