This program will be of interest to managers involved in budget preparation and administration. It allows participants to acquire a better understanding of the budgetary process and the tools used to develop and monitor budgets. It also explores certain forecasting techniques and the various uses of budget projections. Please note that this program is not intended for accounting professionals. Its goal is to familiarize managers from a non-accounting background with the basics of budgetary control. Each of the topics addressed will be illustrated using concrete examples.
