This program seeks to introduce managers to the use of accounting data in the decision-making process. The accent will be placed on planning and control concepts related specifically to management accounting.

By the end of the seminar, you will be able to diagnose the business’s problems, analyze them in depth, and recommend realistic solutions. You will also be able to create forecasts, assess and measure the profitability of your business decisions, use budgets to manage organizations, and compare the profitability of various investment projects.
