Bâtir et gérer un bon conseil d'administration ou un comité consultatif de PME

Animated by:

This seminar is available in French only.

Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are very sensitive to changes in the economic environment and need to make constant adjustments to maintain their financial health. As they don’t always have the means to recruit big management teams with a range of expertise, they can turn to a board of directors (BOD) and advisory boards (AB) to help them manage the company. Using real-life case studies, this one-day program will teach you how to create and effectively manage a board of directors or advisory board. The course will show you the roles they can play in helping you make major decisions or analyze and find solutions to complex situations.
