Detailed information about this seminar in French

Several governments around the world have been taking methods originally developed by Toyota and using them to improve the efficiency and productivity of their healthcare systems. Under the "Lean Toyota" model, non-value-added work is minimized or eliminated and the focus is instead put on activities that generate value at the professional level.

This seminar explores the various aspects of this approach to supply chain management and the techniques required to put it into practice.
