This course overviews the latest challenges and issues in Aerospace and Defense Subcontractors Management, including the new global supply chains, sustainability, green supply-chains, disruptions, Lean applications in aerospace, strategic relationships and new incentive models built-in through contracts and the lifecycle relationship. It provides a new holistic vision of subcontractors both a function of strong and global Aerospace and Defense (A&D) experiences worldwide and of a more sector-transverse vision of supply chains best practices and trends. It will be run concurrently by two lecturers of the partner institutions HEC Montréal and Toulouse Business School.

A prestigious guest speaker from the industry will be invited to discuss some strategic issues.

This executive education seminar is addressed to managers of the customer – subcontractor relationship, in the contracts, design, manufacturing or customer support areas. This will be a unique international and diverse forum of attendees, part of them attending the world renowned Toulouse
