This course overviews growth strategies, challenges and issues in Aerospace and Defense (A&D), with a special focus on servicing the A&D sector and working in a global world of opportunities for future growth. It brings you a very hands-on case-based and experiential approach to new markets, large program management and execution. It will be run concurrently by two lecturers of the partner institutions HEC Montréal and Toulouse Business School, providing a diverse approach to new markets and operations management for a sustainable growth.

A prestigious guest speaker from the industry will be invited to discuss some strategic issues.

The objective of this seminar is to discuss business opportunities that bring additional value to the firm through business development.

It will provide “specific” insights into the decision making process and operations of launching a program and more globally developing businesses.

We will address the development of new markets resulting from business or product / services.


This executive education seminar is addressed to managers of large programs, future programs or strategic business development. This will be a unique international and diverse forum of attendees, part of them attending the world renowned Toulouse Business School Aerospace MBA program.
