English instruction is available for customized seminars only.

Tactfully expressing your recognition; telling underperforming employees, easily and without stress, that their work or behaviour does not meet your expectations; remaining calm when emotion seeps into the conversation: these are just a few of the many cases where a manager needs to be in control.

This course is the perfect opportunity to think about your communication style and implement your personal strategy for communicating with your colleagues and employees. By the end of this two-day course, you will be well equipped to recognize sensitive situations and will develop communication skills you can use to react quickly.

The course will also cover the advent of the Internet and new information technologies, which have changed the way we do things. As a manager, you need to coexist comfortably with both the old and the new, and with employees of all ages, including younger ones who have appropriated the latest means of communication.
