As such, the program will explore the various aspects of retail management from the point of view of executives and owner-operators.The content will be taught by industry experts, HEC Montréal professors and lecturers and veteran consultants, chosen for their superior knowledge and skills with respect to the course material and the retail market as a whole. The course format will be dynamic, interactive, engaging and oriented to real-world needs. Participants will be encouraged to share their insight into and experience with the themes being studied. Registration is limited in order to ensure maximum interaction between participants and instructors. The course fee is $3,000, excluding taxes. This represents a portion of the actual cost of the program, most of which will be covered by a contribution by the Société des alcools du Québec. ScheduleThis intensive program comprises 45 hours of training in five sessions, each of which will run for a day and a half (Monday evening and Tuesday all day) every three weeks.The winter 2010 course will be held at HEC Montréal on five Mondays (6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.) and five Tuesdays (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) as follows: January 25-26, February 15-16, February 8-9, March 29-30 and April 19-20.
