
Céline Bareil is an associate professor at HEC Montréal and a contributor to the Centre for Research on Organizational Transformation (CETO). Her academic focus is on the implementation of change and restructuring initiatives, individual concerns during times of change, the human face of change and organizational development. Ms. Bareil has worked in organizational development with several major firms, where she has been involved in total quality, continuous improvement, technological change, training and executive development initiatives. She is the author of the book Gérer le volet humain du changement, which received an award for human resources business writing in 2005.
