In-house training

HEC Montréal’s Executive Education is available in two formats. Unlike our seminars, our in-house training seminars are reserved for executives and managers from the participating business or organization.

Once we’ve assessed your needs, we will suggest one of the following formats:

  • Adapted seminars
Our instructors deliver training to a group of your management and professional employees. Our team adapts the training programs to your organization’s specific needs, reality and issues. Choose from our available seminars or refer to the list of other topics that are available.
  • Custom programs
Can’t find a seminar to meet your needs? We can develop a custom seminar to help you achieve your training objectives.

In-house training generates solid results

Through experience, we have been able to identify a number of significant benefits to in-house training. Bringing a group of administrators together to focus on a single subject has a multiplier effect: a critical mass of employees see their management practices become more efficient.

A few examples of results obtained following a private, in-house training activity:

  • The sense of belonging to the organization is reinforced
  • Members of the group are motivated to take meaningful action within their environment
  • Issues specific to the business are resolved
  • The management practices learned in the seminar are integrated
  • Employees cooperate more effectively once back at work
  • Concrete actions are taken to help the organization achieve its strategic objectives
