Admission to the B.B.A.

Find the answers to your questions about submitting an application for HEC Montréals Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A.) program.

Whether you’re interested in the standard, bilingual or trilingual B.B.A, you’ll find information on admission criteria, application deadlines for the fall and winter terms, language requirements and supporting documents required.

Language requirements

All non-francophone applicants must show that they have advanced intermediate proficiency in French.

Students applying for admission to the bilingual or trilingual stream must also ensure that they have sufficient proficiency in the languages of instruction, i.e. advanced intermediate in English (bilingual stream) or in English and Spanish (trilingual stream). Students admitted to the bilingual and trilingual streams must show their proficiency in the languages of instruction.

You may submit only one application (in French OR bilingual OR trilingual B.B.A. program).
Bilingual or trilingual: if you do not meet the language requirements, your application will be analyzed for the french or bilingual program stream according to your results at the language tests.
