Program description

120 credits
 

Daytime courses, full-time studies in French.
The program requires the use of a laptop computer configured according to HEC Montréal standards.

 

Regulations for entering B.B.A. Level 1:
Before July 1 following the admission in the B.B.A. program, students must have obtained the 30 credits of the prepatory year and a minimum GPA of 2,7 out of 4,3.  

Degree delivered after 4 years :  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (in French) OR
  • Bachelor of Business Administration with a notation of completion of bilingual stream OR
  • Bachelor of Business Administration with a notation of completion of trilingual stream

+  Secondary-level baccalaureate diploma

You have 12 years of education and have earned or will soon receive a secondary-level baccalaureate diploma. Note for students under 18 years of age.

 

+  Canadian high school leaving certificate (excluding Quebec)

You have 12 years of education and have earned or will soon receive a Canadian high school diploma from outside Quebec. Note for students under 18 years of age.

 

+  U.S. high school leaving certificate

You have 12 years of education and have earned or will soon receive a U.S. senior high school diploma. Note for students under18 years of age.

+  International baccalaureate program

You have 12 years of education and have earned or will soon receive an international baccalaureate diploma. Note for students under 18 years of age.

 

+  Bachillerato program

You have 12 years of education and have earned or will soon receive a "Bachillerato". Note for students under 18 years of age.

 

+  High school leaving certificate from oustide Canada

You have 12 years of education and have earned or will soon receive a high school diploma from oustide Canada. Note for students under 18 years of age

Admissions are based on the strength of applicants’ files. However, as there is a cap on the number of students admitted to the program, not all eligible applicants can be accepted.

Language requirements


All non-francophone applicants must show that they have advanced intermediate proficiency in French when they apply. Applicants with intermediate proficiency may be admitted provided they pass the business French courses required by the School.

 (1) Ph.D candidates are not concerned by international students fees. They only have to pay general application fees. International students with a study Permit will be charged an additional $175 due to a more complex admission process, excluding Ph.D. candidates.
