- Deadline: five (5) days after your application for admission
- For any document not drafted in French or English, an official translation certified by:
- the consulate or embassy of your country of origin or
- a member of Ordre des traducteurs du Québec (OTTIAQ)
- All documents submitted become the property of HEC Montréal and will not be returned to the candidate.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- No confirmation will be given concerning the receipt of the documents.
Outcome of the analysis by post: four (4) to six (6) weeks after the admission deadline. For the Ph.D. program, the waiting time can be up to 10 weeks.
| Online transmission | To accelerate the process of your admission file, an electronic copy of the official transcripts must be sent together with your application at DocumentsEnLigne@hec.ca. However, submission of the original or certified copies of the transcripts is required if your receive an offer of acceptance from HEC Montréal. If you apply online, you should send all your documents by answering the acknowledge receipt of HEC Montréal (do not create a new email). IMPORTANT: please use a resolution of between 100 and 300 dpi. |
