An article by Marketing Professor Yany Grégoire wins an award in Australia

At the Australian & New Zealand Marketing Academy Conference (ANZMAC), held in Perth, Australia, from November 28 to 30, an article by HEC Montréal Associate Professor Yany Grégoire (Marketing) took the Best Paper in Track Award in the “Marketing Services” category. The article, co-written with a German team from the Chair of International Management of the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, consisting of Katja Gelbrich, Jana Müller and Holger Roschk, is entitled “The more compensation the better? The nonlinear relationship between compensation level and post-complaint satisfaction.” 

Over 500 people from different marketing sectors worldwide attended the Conference, on the theme of Marketing in the Age of Consumerism: Jekyll or Hyde? Jana Müller accepted the award on behalf of the team.

The Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy, founded in 1998, aims to meet the needs for marketing information, knowledge sharing and research development among educators and practitioners interested in marketing theory and research.
