Which MBA? and The Princeton Review: HEC Montréal stands out
October 17, 2011
HEC Montréal is proud to announce that its MBA program appears in the 2011 edition of the Which MBA? guide, published by the prestigious weekly magazine The Economist. The guide ranks the top 100 MBA programs in the world. This is the second time that our MBA program has made the list.
For MBA Director Michael D. Wybo, “this recognition comes on top of other distinctions we have received in recent years and confirms the quality of the School’s MBA program.”
The HEC Montréal MBA stands 96th among the world's top 100 programs. The guide evaluated a large number of points, based essentially on students' main reasons for taking an MBA, i.e.:
- to open new career opportunities;
- personal development and educational experience;
- to increase salary;
- the potential to network.
The Princeton Review
Some 19,000 students from around the world were invited to complete the questionnaire sent out by The Princeton Review. The 80 questions looked mainly at students’ experience and satisfaction with their MBA programs. HEC Montréal was selected again this year to appear in The Best 294 Business Schools (2012 edition) guide.
