Jean-François Cloutier (Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communication) heads to Cannes

For the 10th straight year, the Association of Quebec Advertising Agencies (AAPQ) has awarded a merit scholarship to the Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communication student who has most distinguished himself or herself in terms of academic success and personality. For 2010-2011, the winner is Jean-François Cloutier, Marketing Communications Specialist, Mobility, with TELUS. The $6,000 award will allow him to attend the 59th edition of the Cannes International Festival of Creativity, to be held from June 17 to 23, 2012. The other two finalists were Doria Rahmani and Audraine Houel. 

The Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communication, with Professor Pierre Balloffet acting as Academic Supervisor, is the result of close collaboration between HEC Montréal and the AAPQ. To date the Association has donated over $50,000 in scholarships for students in this program.
