2010 UFE: Simon Jacques Perreault on the Cross-Canada Honour Roll

December 3, 2010

Thanks to his outstanding results on the 2010 Uniform Evaluation (UFE) for chartered accountants, Simon Jacques Perreault (Specialized Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy 2010), of the Levy Pilotte firm in Montréal, is one of six Quebec candidates to earn a place on the UFE Honour Roll of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

HEC Montréal offers its heartfelt congratulations to Simon Jacques Perreault and the 188 other graduates from the Specialized Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy program who successfully completed this crucial step that all Canadian CAs must pass in order to obtain their professional designation. In Quebec as a whole this year, 611 candidates passed this examination, considered one of the most challenging in the world.

In the press release issued on December 3 by the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec, Daniel McMahon, FCA, President and CEO of the Order, emphasized that “the number of Quebec candidates who are registering for the CA program and passing the UFE has been rising steadily in the last few years.”
Our sincere congratulations!
