Orientation day - Certificate

Mandatory orientation day for international students (new permanent residents, international students with a study permit) that have been admitted into the Doctorat in administration program will be held on Friday August 24th, 2012 from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. ***Please note that all activities will be held in French but all personnel speak English and will guide you through the different steps of the day.

What to bring?

This section is for students with a study permit only.

 

On August 24th, 2012, the School will formalize your administrative record.

You will need to have in hand the original of each of the following documents:

  1. Your passport
  2. Your letter of admission to HEC Montréal
  3. Your CAQ
  4. Your study permit
  5. Your temporary student visa (if required)
  6. The proof of exemption from HEC Montréal's health insurance (for more information, please check the RAMQ section on the Health Insurance webpage). Failing this, you will be asked to pay your HEC Montréal health insurance premiums by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or travallers cheques. No cash will be accepted.
  7. All the original documents mentionned in your letter of admission if you have a conditional admission (diploma, official transcript, etc...)

Note: If you forget one of these documents, your registration at HEC Montréal will not be finalized.
