Questions during the Orientation Week? Looking for more information? Present yourself to the Welcome Desk on the Garden Level (Rez-de-Jardin) of the Côte-Sainte-Catherine building.
What to bring?
This section is only for students with a study permit.
On August 19th, 2013, the School will formalize your administrative record.
You will need to have in hand the original of each of the following documents:
- Your passport
- Your letter of admission to HEC Montréal
- Your CAQ
- Your study permit
- Your temporary student visa (if required)
- The proof of exemption from HEC Montréal's health insurance (for more information, please check the RAMQ section on the Health Insurance webpage). Failing this, you will be asked to pay your HEC Montréal health insurance premiums by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or travallers cheques. No cash will be accepted.
- All the original documents mentionned in your letter of admission if you have a conditional admission (diploma, official transcript, etc...)
Note: If you forget one of these documents, your registration at HEC Montréal will not be finalized.
